How buying from VINTIQUE works, from the first message to the parcel.

Buying happens on WhatsApp
There is no online checkout. When you want a piece, you message us on WhatsApp. We agree the price, whether it is still available and the delivery with you there. An order exists only once we have agreed these with you and written it up ourselves. Adding a piece to the cart, or opening WhatsApp from the website, does not reserve it or buy it.
Availability
Our pieces are also offered elsewhere and can sell quickly. Availability is confirmed when you message us on WhatsApp.
If a piece has sold elsewhere before it is marked sold here, we will tell you on WhatsApp before you pay anything.
A piece that has been sold stays on the website with a Sold label and its photographs, so you can still look at it.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). A piece with no price shows "Price on request": ask us on WhatsApp. The price is agreed with you on WhatsApp.
Our listed prices include shipping within India.
Payment
Payment is by UPI, before the piece is dispatched. We share the payment details with you on WhatsApp.
What you are buying
Pieces are sold as described. The photographs and the written description show each piece and what is known about it, with its condition noted honestly. These are old objects, so wear, marks and repairs that come with age may be part of them. If you want to know more about a piece, a particular angle or a closer photograph, ask us on WhatsApp before you buy.
Delivery and returns
Pieces are sent by India Post. See the shipping and returns page for the details we can give today.
Your account
You do not need an account to browse the store. When you tap to continue to WhatsApp about a piece, we ask you to sign in (with Google or an email and password), so that we can keep your bookings and order updates together. An account also lets you see your orders and save addresses. Keep your password to yourself.
